Met Costume Gala 2012


 The Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala is best known as the biggest night of the year when it comes to fashion. Every year impressive number of celebrities show off their well toned bodies in luxurious gowns. You probably remember Blake Lively's gray Chanel dress or Miranda Kerr's Marchesa swan gown which brought them to the top of "The Best Dressed" lists of 2011.

Young Dakota Fanning is definitely growing up into a fashionista. She opted for a pastel Louis Vuitton gown and looked better than many celebrities on Met Gala eve. Singer M.I.A.wore a floral Stella McCartney with not so appropriate high heels. Rashida Jones and cute Victoria Justice also chose floral print for this occasion, while Brooklyn Decker, Vera Wang, Jessica Stam, Paula Patton and Scarlett Johansson played safe with pastel colors.
