What you'll need:
-T-shirt, jacket, blazer or top of any kind really
-Chiffon
-Scissors
-Needle/Thread
Snip and rip the chiffon all the way down. If you do this, you will have a perfect line and create nice shredded raw edges.

Cut strips into squares or rectangles. It's nice to have a variety of sizes.
Pinch to create flower/ruffle and stitch into place.

I needed a bit more than I anticipated. At least 40 squares per sleeve.
Begin at the top of the shoulder seam and work your way down and out ! You have to stitch each flower/ruffle separately.
That's it !
