3.1 Phillip Lim Fall-Winter 2013-14 RTW Fashion Show

There was a punk element via vampy lips, multiple-studded earrings and customized denim that also worked to indulge in an Americana moment. As did round sunglasses that suggested more than a moment of fun.

Mannish tailoring was accompanied by across-the-body bags (seriously cool and covetable for next season), and long-length gilets over sweatshirts. There were kilt skirts - we had also seen them at Belstaff earlier in the day - and there were patchwork jeans to continue this punk vibe.

Metallic shades ruled throughout, as did the coats which were sure-fire winners. To end, Lim sent his leaders of the pack out en masse - and frankly there's no messing with them, not that we'd want to anyway.
